Recently I have become obsessed with Rachel Hollis. For those of you who don’t know her, she’s an author, blogger, and motivational speaker. I just finished her book Girl Wash Your Face a couple of weeks ago and it is so amazing. So I strongly urge everyone to go grab a copy ASAP.
Here are 5 tips that Rachel Hollis has shared as her “5 to Thrive” and I love them and definitely want to start adapting them into my life!
I’ve been listening to her podcasts and following her on social media. I recently discovered that she does sort of a 90 day challenge that I’m so on board to do. It’s called the “Last 90 Days” and it starts October 1st.
Basically, it’s getting everyone to end the year with intentional and purposeful living as if it were the beginning of the year. Don’t throw it away the last quarter of the year with intentions to start fresh in January.
So let’s do this.
Let’s set our goals and set out to have a great end of the year so we can start out the New Year on fire!
