Okay. This is my final attempt at this app (SWEAT with Kayla Itsines). I know it’ll work if you work it but these workouts are so intense. With 2019 here, I am ready to bust my tail at everything. No more excuses.
So, my best friend MC and I are going to do this together. Clean eating and working out on the daily! Having an accountability partner will surely whip my tail into shape and keep me on track with my progress!
