I’ve been facing so many changes lately. Changing location. Changing jobs. Even changing from having friends around me to mostly spending my days alone if I’m not at work. So what better way to embrace being alone than focusing on yourself and improving what needs to be improved?
I have been eating plant based on and off for years. I truly felt so much better when I only ate plant based. I honestly ate that way because of my love for animals. My mom even made me a vegan friendly birthday cake on year! (And it was amazing. Even my family loved it.) So I have decided to start implementing this change after Easter into my diet. (Because that’s when my meal delivery kit arrives.)
I am mostly inspired by my best friend Anja (picture below) who has had an amazing transformation going vegan. You can check out her article with PETA here.
I have done some research on some meal plans and meal delivery services and found one call Hungry Root. It basically sends you all clean healthy vegan ingredients with recipes. I’m super excited to try it out along with Arbonne’s 30 Days to Healthy Living, which is also vegan.
I really don’t think it will be that hard because I don’t have anyone around me to influence me differently. I eat breakfast and dinner alone and then eat my lunch at work so I don’t think it will be that hard for me at all. I’m excited to start this new journey and see amazing results in my mental and physical health.
